Bird flu: twelfth premises near Attleborough, Breckland, Norfolk (AIV 2022/124)

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in a mixed flock of other captive birds on 15 October 2022.

Update 19 April: Following successful completion of disease control activities and surveillance in the zones, the captive bird (monitoring) controlled zone has been revoked.

All poultry on the premises have been humanely culled.

This revokes and replaces the declaration of a captive bird (monitoring) controlled zone (PDF).
