Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in commercial poultry near Market Rasen, West Lindsey, Lincolnshire on 21 December 2025.

Following successful completion of disease control activities and surveillance in the zone around a premises near Market Rasen, West Lindsey, Lincolnshire (AIV 2025/131), the 3km protection zone has ended and the surveillance zone has been revoked.

All poultry on the premises have been humanely culled.

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed at a large commercial poultry flock near Market Rasen, West Lindsey, Lincolnshire (AIV 2025/131).

A 3km protection zone and 10km surveillance zone has been declared around the premises. All poultry on the premises will be humanely culled.
