Use this service to report the pay gap between men and women in your company. You must do this if your company has 250 or more employees.
You can find and compare the published gender pay gap data without registering to use this service.
Employers do not have to report their data for 2019 to 2020 because of coronavirus. They will not be asked to report this at a later date.
If someone else has previously reported your organisation’s gender pay gap, you will need to create your own user account to use this service.
Once your account is activated, you can also:
add percentage calculations and data comparing men and women’s pay in your company
edit your report
add details of a senior person in your organisation who’s responsible for the data
publish a link to your organisation’s written statement and response
