Use this service to report the pay gap between men and women in your company. You must do this if your company has 250 or more employees.
If you got a letter from the Government Equalities Office, use the reference number and security code in the letter to register to use the service.
If you don’t have the letter, you can still register to use the service and wait for an identification number in the post. This may take up to a week.
Once your account is activated, you can add:
percentage calculations and data comparing men and women’s pay in your company
details of a senior person in your organisation who’s responsible for the data
