PAYE Settlement Agreements
Telling HMRC the value of items in your PSA
You need to tell HMRC the value of the benefits or expenses included in your PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) every tax year - even if the value is £0 because you did not provide any benefits or expenses to employees.
Find out how to tell HMRC the value of items in your PSA.
If you do not tell HMRC the value of the items in your PSA, HMRC will calculate the amount you owe. You’ll be charged more if this happens.
You’ll need to report anything that cannot be included in your PSA separately using form P11D. You do not need to send a P11D if you’re paying employees’ expenses and benefits through your payroll.
