• access ‘My Services/Corporate Services/Individuals’
• select ‘NIRS2 person (R)’ icon
• select appropriate ‘Resource Group’
• select ‘OK’
• enter the customer’s NINO
• select ‘OK’

Note: This will take you to the Personal Details Identity screen, showing the DOB and verification level.
