TCM1000615 - How to check if there is a Stop Notice recorded

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘IY Finalisation’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Maintain UC Stop Notice’. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select ‘OK’
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

If you are taken to the ‘View Stop Notice’ screen, a stop notice has been recorded.

If you are taken to the ‘Create Stop Notice’ screen, no stop notice has been recorded.
