Step 1

To amend customer details

  • select ‘Amend Customer’. You will be taken to the ‘Enter Amended Details’ screen
  • enter the correct details in the ‘Amended Details’ column

Note: You only need to amend the line(s) that is (are) incorrect

  • read the amended details to the customer to confirm they are correct
  • select ‘Save’. You will be taken to the ‘Display Customer Details’ screen
