Step 1

To access the National Direct Debit System (NDDS)

• open ‘My Workplace’
• select ‘Global Services’ folder in ‘My Services’
• select the SAP icon that says ‘HR and Financial Services’. You will be taken to the ‘Online HR’ screen
• select the ‘Workplace’ tab. You will be taken to the NDDS ‘Search Display Customer Details’ screen
