TCM1000547 - How to check if an award is finalised

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Account’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘all’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Award ’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2 {#Step2}

On the ‘Select Award’ screen

  • make a note of whether the status is ‘Finalised’, ‘Terminated’ or ‘Open’ and the tax year the status relates to in the ‘Award Status’ field
  • take no further action.
