TCM1000545 - How to check general notes using Child Benefit Service

Access Child Benefit Service desktop icon

  • enter the customers NINO in the upper navigation bar and select ‘search’
  • check the customers’ name and address in the top left corner of the screen to ensure you select the correct customer details
  • select ‘Contact History’ from the left hand side toolbar - general notes are available to view on this screen.
