Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen in function ‘View Application’
  • enter the customer’s NINO in the key entry data screen
  • select ‘all’
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

Select the first award to highlight it

  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen
  • select the first version to highlight it. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • select ‘Continue’ and make a note of the bank or household and income details

Note: Repeat this for each version of the award.

Step 3

Select the next award to highlight it

  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen
  • select the first version to highlight it
  • select ‘OK’ button. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • select ‘Continue’ and make a note of the bank or household and income details. Do this for each version of the award
  • compare the details on the two claims.
