Step 1

Select ‘My Workplace’ from the ‘Start Menu’

  • select ‘Corporate Services’
  • select ‘Tools’
  • select ‘ECCS’
  • select ‘Find a customer’
  • select ‘New Search’
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘Search’
  • select ‘Customer ID’
  • select ‘Complaints’
  • select ‘Complaint ID’. The name of the person dealing with the case is shown on the ‘Complaint ID’ screen.
