Step 1

Access the HMRC Intranet Homepage

• select ‘How do I?’ on the toolbar
• select ‘Get communications help’ from the left hand column
• select ‘Resources and templates’ from the left hand column. You’ll be taken to the page
• select ‘Fax’ under ‘How do you want to talk to your customer?’. You will be taken to a section called ‘’Fax templates and helpcards’
• select ‘Standard fax Dual’
• select ‘Open’
• you’ve opened the HMRC fax template.
