TCM1000502 - How to check if account details are held for the payment recipient

Changes to previous version - new guidance.

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen

  • select the latest claim version
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Application Summary’ screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the ‘Application Summary’ screen

  • select ‘Navigation’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Payment’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Payment Details’ screen
  • check if account details are held for the payment recipient

Note: The nominated recipient is shown in the ‘Payment Nomination and Frequency’ field and the account details are shown in the ‘Applicant 1 and/or Applicant 2 Bank Details’ fields.
