TCM1000472 - How to arrange an Urgent Payment request- not within the hardship criteria

If the customer does not fall into the criteria, but considers they are suffering hardship

Send an email to (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

  • enter in the subject field ‘MAPTH - Manually Adjusting Payments’
  • enter the following in the body of the e-mail

    • heading- ‘Hardship-not within the Hardship criteria’
    • the customer’s name
    • the customer’s NINO
    • the customer’s address
    • the customer’s phone number
    • enter a brief description of the problem

Note: There is no requirement to complete the amount of the payment requested.
