TCM1000441 - How to check if the award notice has been system issued

Changes to previous version - new guidance.

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Award’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen

  • select the relevant version
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the ‘Application Summary’ screen, go to Step 2.

On the ‘Award Summary’ screen, the date the award notice was issued will be shown in the ‘Issue Date’ field.
