TCM1000437 - How to check for the date a household breakdown was applied

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Award’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
  • select the award version that has the same date in the ‘Award End Date’ column as the date the household breakdown happened
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Award Summary’ screen
  • select ‘Navigation’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Application’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary’
  • in the ‘Application’ field, the date the household breakdown was applied will be shown in the ‘Date Received’ field.
