How to check the received date of a pre-award claim from a Verification Failures work list

Step 1

If you’re on the ‘Maintain Worklist’ screen, go to .

If you’re on any other screen of a work list claim

  • select ‘Cancel’ until you get back to the ‘Manage Verification Failures’ screen
  • when the message ‘This application will not be re-submitted for processing and changes made on this window won’t be saved. Do you wish to proceed? displays
  • select ‘Yes’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Maintain Worklist’ screen
  • go to .

Step 2

On the ‘Maintain Worklist’ screen

  • select the work list item you’re working
  • select ‘File’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Next Function’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Select Next Function’ screen
  • select ‘View Application’ from the options available
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • the received date is shown in the ‘Application’ field.
