TCM1000425 - How to check National Insurance Recording System (NIRS) for date of entry

Step 1

From your desktop

  • access ‘My Services/Corporate Services/Individuals’
  • select ‘NIRS2 person (R)’ icon
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘OK’
    Note: This will take you to the personal details screen.
  • select the right arrow on the menu and click along until you see the ‘Account Details’ tab and select this
  • look at the ‘Date of Entry Details’ section
  • the date of entry you require will be held in the ‘Date of Entry’ field.
