TCM1000418 - How to access Contact Management Application (CMA)

Ensure you have been allocated access to Contact Management Application (CMA) which will appear on the Start menu of your computer

  • select the CMA icon on the Start menu and you will then be taken into a programme called ‘PegaReach’
  • select ‘search’ across the top of the screen
  • select ‘New Tax Credit’ from the drop down menu, if not already populated
  • in the field marked ‘Reference’ enter the National Insurance number of the customer whose details you require, then select ‘Search’
  • the next screen will show a list of calls made by the customer. Select the blue button on the top bar of the screen which will expand the details
  • select the phone call you require which will show details of the call to allow you to trace the call on viewer.
