Step 1

From ‘My Workplace’

  • select ‘Corporate Services’
  • select ‘Interim Single Sign On (ISSO)’
  • select ‘TBS View Service’ from the options available
  • select ‘View Taxpayer Summary Details’
  • select ‘OK’
  • enter the customer’s NINO in ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
  • select ‘Retrieve’ on the toolbar
  • check the details on this screen with the customer details you have.

If the details shown match the customer details you have

  • select ‘View’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Employment List’ on the toolbar
  • make a note of the information shown

Note: If there are no employments shown you must also make a note of this.

  • return to the guidance you were previously following.

If the details shown don’t match the customer details you have, make a note and return to the guidance you were previously following.
