TCM1000346 - How to check if there is an earlier rejected claim

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen, checking the ‘Received Date’ and ‘Status’ columns will tell you whether there is an earlier rejected claim.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen, there is no earlier claim.

If you are taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen, there is no earlier claim.
