How to calculate how much the customer has repaid since 18/01/2010

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Account’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen

  • select the award with the household breakdown
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Period Summary’ screen
  • go to .

If you’re taken straight to the ‘View Award Period Summary’ screen, go to .

Step 2

On the ‘View Award Period Summary’ screen

  • check for an amount in the ‘Payment In’ field
  • select ‘Postings’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Postings’ screen
  • check the ‘Postings’ field for any payments in received after 18/01/2010
  • to calculate how much the customer has repaid since 18/01/2010, add together all the payments in received after this date.
