TCM1000314 - How to check a child or young person exception dates

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’ screen

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Change of Circumstances’
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘latest’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’ if any pop up boxes appear
  • select ‘OK’,
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the ‘Applicant Details’ screen

  • select ‘Ch’ on the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Child Details’ screen
  • select the child or young person
  • the exception ‘start date’ and ‘end date’ will be displayed as appropriate.
