In the ‘Manage Verification’ Failures screen

  • select the verification failure
  • select ‘Investigate’

Note: Details of the failed claim will be displayed in the ‘Household Member Details’ field.

Note: Details of the existing claim will be displayed in the ‘Matching Award Details’ field.

  • select ‘OK’ to return to the ‘Manage Verification’ Failures screen.
