How to update customer details using CBUS schedules
Note: Child Benefit computer systems will be replaced by HMRC IT systems.
On your desktop
- select the ‘CBUS’ icon twice in quick succession. You will be taken to the main screen
- select ‘Schedules’
- select ‘CH1702’ on the toolbar
- enter the Child Benefit reference number in the first column
- select the appropriate title for the customer from the options available in the second column
- select ‘Bank’ from the options available in the third column
- enter the POca details in the fourth column
Note: A help screen will display when you access the fourth column.
- select ‘OK’. You have updated the customer’s details using the CBUS schedules.
