TCM1000259 - How to check if a household breakdown is recorded

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correction’ from the options available you will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox and select ‘OK’ you will be taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
  • select the relevant claim to highlight it
  • select ‘OK’ you will be taken to the ‘Amend Application - Applicant Details’ screen
  • select ‘Household Details’ from the toolbar
  • the ‘Household End Reason’ field will show ‘Household Breakdown’ if a Household End has been applied

If the reason ‘Household Breakdown’ is not shown in the ‘Household End Reason’ field

  • a household breakdown date has not been recorded for this application

If the reason ‘Household Breakdown’ is shown in the ‘Household End Reason’ field

  • a household breakdown date has been recorded, the date in the ‘Household End Date’ field will show the date of the Household breakdown
