TCM1000257 - How to access decision trees

Version 1.0

Changes to previous version - new guidance

Step 1

Note: Decision trees can be ‘shared, ‘national’ or ‘own’ and a detailed description and explanation of how to create and use them is available on the SEES site on the intranet.

Note: The guidance you are following should tell you whether the decision tree you need is ‘shared’ or ‘national’.

Note: A list of all the available ‘national’ decision trees is on the intranet.

Note: You can access the web page directly from SEES by selecting ‘View Web Page’.

Open Microsoft ‘Excel’

  • select ‘SEES’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Information’ from the options available
  • select ‘Decision Trees’ from the options available.

If the decision tree you need is a ‘shared’ file

  • select ‘Shared’
  • select the decision tree you need from the options available.

Note: If the decision tree you need is not available on your version of SEES, you will need the original file to be placed in your shared folder. Speak to your TALLO or line manager to arrange this.

If the decision tree you need is a ‘national’ file

  • select ‘National’
  • select the decision tree you need from the options available.

Note: If the decision tree you need is not available on your version of SEES, you will need the original file to be placed in your shared folder. Speak to your TALLO or line manager to arrange this.
