TCM1000217 - How to check the date of a household breakdown

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen
  • select the claim affected by the household breakdown
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Application Version’ screen
  • select the latest version of the claim
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • the date of the household breakdown will be shown when the ‘Household Breakdown’ signal screen displays.
