Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Account’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Latest’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Period Summary’ screen
  • check the following

    • where there are no amounts shown in the ‘Award’ field ‘WTC’ and ‘CTC’ columns, the claim is a nil award
    • where there are amounts shown in the ‘Direct payments made up to today’ and / or ‘Direct payments still to be made’ fields ‘WTC’ and / or ‘CTC’ columns, the claim is in payment.
