TCM1000175 - How to obtain the customer’s telephone number when the claim is pre-award

Step 1

If you are working a work list entry, go to Step 3.

If you aren’t working a work list entry, go to Step 2.

Step 2

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Capture Current’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ’OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Applicant 1’ screen

Note: If the ‘Signals’ screen displays, select ‘OK’.

  • any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number’ fields
  • if you need to find a telephone number for customer 2
  • select ‘Continue’. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 2 Additional Information’ screen
  • any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number’ fields.

Step 3

On the ‘Maintain Worklist’ screen

  • select ‘File’ from the toolbar
  • select ‘Next Function’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Work Management - Select Next Function’ screen
  • select ‘View Application’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • select ‘Continue’. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 1 Additional Information’ screen
  • any telephone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number’ fields
  • if you need to find a phone number for customer 2
  • select ‘Continue’. You’ll be taken to ‘Applicant 2 Additional Information’ screen
  • any phone numbers we hold for the customer will be shown in the ‘Telephone Number’ fields.
