How to check if payment has been paid by URP Bacs

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View Account’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘All’ checkbox
  • select the ‘Payment Schedule’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you’re taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen

  • select the relevant award
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen
  • go to .

If you’re taken straight to the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen, go to .

Step 2

On the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen

  • select the relevant payment
  • check whether the ‘issued date’ is after the payment ‘due date’.

If the ‘issued date’ is after the payment ‘due date’ it is a URP Bacs payment.

Note: There should also be a Household Note stating that the payment was made by URP Bacs.

If the ‘issued date’ isn’t after the payment ‘due date’ it isn’t a URP Bacs payment.
