How to check the customer’s name or current address in function View Application

Version 2.0

Changes to previous version - amended guidance

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘View’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the ‘Latest’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Individual’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to .

If you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen

  • select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Application Summary’ screen
  • go to .

If you are taken straight to the ‘Application Summary’ screen, go to .

Step 2

On the ‘Application Summary’ screen

  • the name of the customer is shown in the ‘Applicant 1 Name’ field and, if there are two customers the name of the second customer is shown in the ‘Applicant 2 Name’ field
  • the customer’s current address is shown in the ‘Applicant 1’ box and, if there are two customers, the current address of the second customer is shown in the ‘Applicant 2’ box.

Note: Select ‘Full Address’ for details of the customer’s full address.
