On the ‘Function Menu’

• select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
• select ‘Capture Current’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data screen
• enter the customer’s NINO
• select ‘OK’
• select ‘AP1’, ‘AP2’ or ’CH’ as appropriate. You’ll be taken to the selected ‘Applicant or Children details’ screen
