Step 1

Access TBS

• select ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
• select ‘OK’
• enter the customer’s NINO in ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
• select ‘View’ on the toolbar
• select ‘Designatory Details’ from the options available
• the ‘Current Indicators’ box will contain a date of death for the customer.
