TCM1000069 - How to check if a final award notice has been issued

Step 1

On the ‘Function’ menu

  • go to ‘Award’
  • select ‘View’
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select ‘Period’
  • enter the period for the tax year you are looking at
  • select ‘OK’

You will be taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen

  • in the ‘award Type’ field check form ‘Final Act’

If ‘Final Act’ is showing in the ‘Award Type’ field

  • a finalised award notice has been issued

If ‘Final Act’ is not showing in the ‘Award Type’ field

  • a finalised award notice has not been issued
  • return to the guidance you were following.
