How to make a note of a 1st specified date in household notes

Step 1

In function ‘Household’

  • select ‘Maintain Notes’
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select ‘All’
  • select ‘OK’
  • select the relevant period you are looking at
  • select ‘OK’
  • you will be taken to the ‘Maintain Household Notes’ screen
  • select ‘Add Note’


  • select ‘Payments’ from the category field
  • enter the 1s t specified date, your initials and your team
  • select ‘OK’ and you will be taken back to the ‘Maintain Household Notes’ screen
  • select ‘OK’
  • return to the guidance you were following
