Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Correction’ from the options available
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select the relevant checkbox for ‘Latest’, ‘All’ or ‘Period’
  • select ‘OK’
  • if you are taken to the ‘Select Application’ screen, select the relevant claim
  • select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Amend Application’ screen
  • if you receive a ‘Signals’ pop up box, Select ‘OK’,
  • select ‘Address’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Address Change’ screen
  • select ‘Yes’ in the ‘RLS’ checkbox
  • select ‘OK’
  • if a warning message displays, select the relevant response
  • select ‘OK’, to go to the ‘Amend Finish’ screen
  • enter the date of the correspondence in the ‘Received Date’ box
  • enter the relevant option in the ‘Source’ box
  • enter ‘Designatory Changes’ in the Reason’ box
  • select ‘OK’
