How to check a verification failure
Changes to previous version - new guidance.
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Verification Failures’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Manage Verification Failures’ screen, which will show details of any verification failures on the claim.
