TCM1000020 - How to check a verification failure

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Verification Failures’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
  • enter the customer’s NINO
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Manage Verification Failures’ screen, which will show details of any verification failures on the claim.
