TCM1000019 - How to override the PY-1 incompatibility failure

 

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

• select ‘Renewal’ on the toolbar
• select ‘Capture Renewal Declaration’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Declaration’ screen
• enter ‘Paper’, ‘Telephone’ or ‘Digital’ as appropriate in the ‘Change Source’ field
• select the ‘Process’ button
• select the ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ button for all warning messages. The computer will be updated with the actual income details for PY-1 that have been captured from the Annual Declaration (AD).
