Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

  • select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Change of Circumstances’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Amend Application’ screen
  • select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Details’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Household Details’ screen
  • check the ‘Household End Reason’ field. This will tell you the reason for the household ending.
