Step 1

On the ‘Worklist Entry Details’ screen

  • select the relevant entry on the work list
  • select ‘File’ on the toolbar
  • select ‘Next Function’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Work Management - Select Next Function’ screen
  • select ‘Manage Finalisation’ from the options
  • select ‘OK’ You will be taken to the ‘Select Tax Credit Period’ screen
  • select the year of the claim that is to be finalised (normally PY)
  • select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Manage Finalisation’ screen
  • note the start and end date shown in the ‘Household Details’ field. This will tell you the correct award version
  • select ‘Cancel’. You will be taken back to the ‘Function Menu’.
