When you decide to change the reminder cycle, you must select a reason for the change from one of the following reasons.

Reason for change	Maximum in days
Household unable to provide information	14 days
Original notice lost or destroyed	14 days
Office delay	14 days
Notice returned to household for signature	14 days
Customer - short term illness	14 days
