Payment - direct payments: Direct payments - Bank Liaison - Bacs payments and recalls (Info)

Bank Liaison deal with cases where further enquiries have to be made into Bacs payments.

This includes

  • tracing Bacs payments
  • resolving Bacs payments made into incorrect accounts
  • recalling Bacs payments
  • requests for payment into a foreign bank account. Follow the guidance in TCM0064120.

Bank Liaison will look into the payment query and let you know the result, unless it is a payment recall.
