Customer Engagement: Business Unit Application and Approval

Business Units interested in Shared Workspace can apply for the service by making a business case using the Shared Workspace Application Form. The forms and process are on the Digital Change Board (DCB) site.

Before making an application, the Shared Workspace Business Sponsor (SW Business Sponsor) should,

  • obtain approval from their Data Guardian to use Shared Workspace with the Customer Organisation SW03510
  • establish that the Customer Organisation wants to use Shared Workspace SW09110.


All applications must be signed off by the SW Business Sponsor, who must be a Grade 7 or above, and sent to the Shared Workspace Team for review via the DCB.
