Help and Support for HMRC Members: Verifying Member Details

The IT Service Centre will verify that the caller is an HMRC member of staff by askingfor their:

  • Pay Identity Details
  • Name
  • Location
  • Telephone number
  • Computer Name

The IT Service Centre will then be able to help the HMRC member with their enquiry.
