The use of Microsoft Access within HMRC online services would reduce performance levels across other services being used on the same network.

HMRC is committed to maintaining the best level of performance therefore Shared Workspacedoes not allow members to upload Microsoft Access files.

To meet the needs of members, Shared Workspace provides its own database functionality SW07230.
