Item Types: Dashboards


A dashboard is a high-level summary of one or more items within a Shared Workspace Room, including databases, calendars and project plans. You can decide which Shared Workspace items you wish to summarise in your dashboard and of which fields you wish to display summaries. You can summarise any calendar, database or project plan from any Room of which you are a member.

A dashboard can also be used to summarise a single database. A dashboard of this nature appears within the database and is visible to everyone who can view the database.

You can also view all dashboards you have access to, on the ‘My eRooms’ page: There is a separate tab which displays them.

Note: To show a dashboard on your My eRooms page find the item for which you want to show as a dashboard (a dashboard, database, calendar, or project plan) and select the ‘show on My eRooms’ checkbox in its ‘notifications’ options.
