Returns: filing returns online: structured action requests

Individuals who have registered, enrolled and activated the SA Online service can contact us securely online and request certain actions in respect of their affairs. They can do this by submitting a Structured Action Request (SAR).

The new or amended information is submitted through a secure online channel and, in addition to the online record being updated, the relevant SA record is also updated and an SA Note added accordingly.
