RM556 - Processing claims passed for repayment: Release Officer Action
When the Inspector has released the repayments for issue you will get the claim papers(RM3104 onwards)
- issue any manual correspondence
- pass papers marked `RSO’ to the RSO
- put all other papers for filing.
